She has created over one hundred quilts for friends, family and charity. Do you want to learn to make a quilt? Or preserve special memories with a t-shirt quilt? Do you want to work on your own project with a bit of coaching, assistance and encouragement? This is the class for you. To learn to quilt we’ll start with a charm pack (5” squares), learn all the basics and make a “charming” baby quilt. If you prefer a T-shirt quilt please gather 12-15 t-shirts, and in this class you will turn them into a lap quilt. If you have your own project bring it along and enjoy some expert advice and fun companionship. Basic sewing skills are required (thread a machine, sew a simple seam). Plan to bring a sewing machine, thread, scissors, rotary cutter and mat. Contact the instructor for a detailed supply list or information about baby quilt kits that can be purchased in class: email@example.com
